Joshua Cottle.

Joshua Cottle is an experienced attorney practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. With a focus on delivering tailored legal solutions, Joshua provides clients with strategic guidance to navigate complex business and personal challenges.

Joshua earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where he researched for law professors and lawyers. He clerked for a policy group and the Travis County Attorney’s Office, and helped in the day-to-day tasks for a personal injury firm before joining Fridge & Resendez full-time in 2013.

In the firm’s practice, Joshua handles consumer and commercial disputes and provides advice on regulatory and statutory compliance. He has represented clients in different sectors, including banks, judgment assignees, trusts, and construction contractors.

Josh enjoys digesting and opining on various legal matters law for the public, loves the law, and loves to ethically fight and win for his clients. He has spoken and written multiple times at CLEs and is always looking for more opportunities to educate the public and his peers about the law. He also volunteers whenever possible, including for San Antonio Legal Services Association and for the Board of Advocates at UT Law.

Joshua loves his clients and puts them first. He takes the time to understand each client's unique needs before helping them seek solutions aligned with their goals.
